The Chinese smartphone brand Honor is going to reenter the Indian market with a new phone, which is good news for fans of the brand. According to certain reports, Madhav Sheth, the former CEO of Realme India, may lead Honor’s return to the Indian smartphone market. The trademark “Honor for Knights,” which includes Sheth’s name and mentions his condition, was recently discovered, although the fact that Sheth hasn’t officially confirmed his association with Honor. Mobile phones and accessories are listed in the trademark’s product description, fueling speculation that Honor may come back to India.

Honor’s Past Challenges

The well-known Chinese smartphone company, which at the time was a sub-brand of Huawei, encountered difficulties when the US government forbade Huawei from accessing Google services a few years ago. There were reports that Honor might stop selling smartphones in India, however, the company later denied those claims. Despite difficulties, Honor launched new products in India, concentrating on tablets and smartwatches like the Honor Pad 5 and the Honor Watch ES. The Honor 9A, a cost-effective smartphone with a price under Rs 10,000, was the brand’s final model to be made available in India.
